Large class photo

When I took the two photos from yesterday’s post in to work to scan on the larger scanner, I checked to see if I had another large one to bring along, and I found this. It’s even bigger than yesterday’s. The image itself is about 13.25 x 10.25 inches, and the cardboard frame/backing (which I’ve mostly cropped from this scan) is 17 x 14 inches. That’s not exceptionally large, but it’s certainly about the largest picture in my collection. Calling it a class photo was my best guess, and I can picture this large image being displayed proudly in the school, perhaps with similar ones from other classes. I don’t think it makes much difference in this blog post, but holding it in my hands, I can see it in full detail in a way I can’t with smaller photos that I have to enlarge to appreciate. I have no idea who these people are or where this was taken, but scrawled on the back is “1923”. The date, perhaps? (The handwriting actually makes it look more like “1223”, but I know the picture can’t be THAT old. 🙂 )
