Rather devilishly handsome, wouldn’t you say? Is it the eyes? The mustache? Perhaps it’s just my modern reaction to old-fashioned styles, but he seems to have a touch of the rogue about him.

Something about his eyes makes me distrust him. Like there’s something there that he’s hiding or he’s not really present. Love the photo though, as I love feeling things like that! 🙂 That mustache does have a roguish touch though. 🙂
Exactly. Without knowing anything else about him, it’s all open to interpretation based on appearances. Making assumptions about people’s appearances is always a risky business, but with this guy who is long gone it’s just an entertaining game. In the right frame of mind, his eyes could look dreamy, but from another perspective they could look sinister. It’s similar to the way people get different things out of the abstracts you’ve been posting.
Exactly–based on just appearance, anybody can look like anything at any given time! i’m so glad you said that. I can see dreamy now too. 🙂 Maybe a different day, a different frame of mind to look at things?
