Wading and waving

What it is:

Photo measuring 2.5 x 3.5 inches.

What I know about it:

Written on the back in pencil [spelling as is]:  Stopped for lunch on Missippi River but we just had to get our feet wet to say we had been in it.  And just as Brownie was taken the picture a train passed and when the train man waved I just had to wave back.  Wouldn’t you
