A trio strolling arm in arm

What it is:
Photo (approx. 3.25 x 3.25 inches) mounted to a cardboard frame/backing (6.25 x 5.25 inches; I have cropped much of the backing from the scan).
What I know about it:
Nothing! Undated and unidentified.
Comments:
I say “strolling”, but it actually looks more like they are standing in place and posing as if they are walking, with the camera at a jaunty angle that implies action. I wish they didn’t look so serious, but at least it looks like a lovely afternoon in a charming setting.
