What it is:
Trimmed photo measuring approx 4 x 2.5 inches. Mounting traces on the back indicate it had been glued into a photo album.
What I know about it:
Nothing! No date or identification.

Your guess is as good as mine as to who these men are and what this occasion is. It looks like they are sitting on a table that has been set in front of a park bench, but maybe I’m not seeing it correctly. They look so similar at first glance, though on closer inspection they have different ties, different hats, etc. But they do seem to have matching assuredness.

Are they smoking cigars or pipes? They have the look of an expensive education about them.
Thanks! Hmm, I think “up themselves” isn’t very American, though I know what you mean. We’d probably say “full of themselves”, or “stuck up”. And I think they’re cigars.
