Fishing at Lake Patzcuaro

This is a photo measuring 3.5 x 5 inches. Written on the back in blue pen is “More fishing at Patzcuaro – no fish caught that time – “. That would be Lake Patzcuaro in Mexico, and a quick internet search showed me enough photos of men in similar boats fishing with special nets that I guess the fishing is a longstanding tourist attraction. While I tend to prefer photos of people, and this one focuses more on the scenery, I thought it was unusually well composed for what I take to be a tourist snap shot, so I thought I’d share it. And, after all, it is a photo of people.

Yes, possibly. The message written on the back suggests it was one of a number of pictures taken, and I’d love to be able to compare this one with the others.
