Woman in uniform

This 5×8-inch picture is another one I found in the box from what I believe is the estate of a California school teacher, though this picture is unidentified. As for the uniform, my best guess is that it’s naval. It’s similar to the uniform here, except for the collar of the blouse. Or it’s similar to the uniform here, except for the hat. In any case, I think it’s an attractive photo, and that her gaze is arresting yet serene.
