What it is:

Nothing! Undated and unidentified.
Comments:
Some photos I have of large families show parents who look rather spent, but these two look like they are holding up well. I’m not sure what is on the man’s jacket, something pinned to and hanging from his lapel. Some sort of medal? At first glance, the two sets of older boys and girls seem to be identically dressed, but the girls are not. The two older boys are wearing tiny matching flowers on their lapels.
