Comments:
These kids don’t look like they’re terribly eager to be dolled up and photographed. The one on the left especially looks like he’s got his sleeves pushed up and is itching for a fight. As blurry as this photo is, I’m sure it’s probably the best the photographer could do with his uncooperative subjects. Incidentally, Wise, Smith & Co. was a department store.

They are cute, particularly the one on the right! Their pants look rather “puffy”. I wonder if these two little ones had on snowsuits and the parents decided to just remove the coats for their department store picture? Dressing and undressing two toddlers for the cold can be a challenge!
That’s an interesting idea!
