Sailor advancing

This is one of three photos I have of this guy, but it’s my favorite. The pose reminds me of some old Hollywood publicity photos I’ve seen showing the subject striding right at the camera, and this one has the added bonus of the vintage (to us) cars and things in the background. The image is a little dark, unfortunately, but I think it’s fun anyway.

I agree with Mrs. P. What an awesome shot! He looks so determined and strong-willed and brave. A great image with a lot of character. 🙂

Great image! The cars show it is earlier than I was thinking. Great vigor! I like that he is stepping.

Looks like Fort Mason to me. Maybe he’s a neighbor.
