I don’t actually know that they went swimming, but it’s a logical assumption based on their attire. Mascoma Lake is a large lake in New Hampshire, which, for my non-U.S. readers, is in New England, one of our northernmost states. I read that the lake freezes over in the winter to the point that you can walk on it. Frankly, they look a teensy bit chilly here even at the height of summer. Or maybe there’s a bit of camera-shyness in those outfits.
Very strange photo. Two boys are with swim suit and girl all dressed . Even socks and nice black shiny shoes .
Yes, I was wondering about her outfit. The way her hair is tied up, I assumed she was expecting to get wet (or had already been in the water). Perhaps she hasn’t finished changing, or her swimsuit is under her outer garment? Actually, it looks like the boys have grabbed her and are about to throw her in. 🙂
Ha…Ha…Ha…You devil, you!
