What it is:

Photo (a bit less than 3.5 x 5 inches) mounted to a cardboard frame/matting (5 x 7.25 inches; I’ve cropped the distractingly stained edges of the cardboard from this scan).

What I know about it:

Nothing!  Undated and unidentified.
