What it is:

Photo (1.5 x 2.25 inches) mounted to a cardboard frame/backing (3.25 x 3.75 inches; I have cropped most of the distractingly stained backing from this scan).

What I know about it:

Nothing!  Undated and unidentified.

Comments:

I think this is pretty.  But I have to say it looks like that collar is serving as a neck brace to help hold her head up.

    She probably needed a neck brace to help hold up that hat!
