What I know about it:
Photographer is Haseltine of 130 Middle Street in Portland, which I believe to be John P. Haseltine of Portland, Maine. Otherwise undated and unidentified.
Comments:
That stern, stony face staring out at us makes for an arresting image. I’m curious about what appears to be a buckle at the end of his tie. I have a feeling I’m just seeing something incorrectly, but it’s hard to tell what I’m looking at.
