Three kids sitting in the grass by a field

Something about this pose, and all that attitude, made me think this photo was more recent than it probably is. But looking more closely at the girl’s haircut, plus the clothes and shoes, I think this might be from as early as the 1920s. Children’s fashions confuse me even more than adult styles, so I’d be happy for other opinions.

It is very nice photo and as you say must be taken somewhere around 1920-1930 .

I was thinking the 1920s too, but it could be earlier or later. Kids styles didn’t change as much as the adults did.
