Photographer is Cosgrove Studio of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Otherwise undated and unidentified.
Comments:
I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, but I feel I’ve gotten lucky with my photos from Scranton, of all places. This one is nice, and this one is one of my favorites in my collection. As for our girl here, I think she’s charming. She looks like getting dolled up may not be the mode of expression with which she’s most comfortable, but she looks like she’s approaching it with her natural spunk.
